iOS Developer – AI Finance Agent

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is building next-generation mobile financial experiences. Our talent team is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join their expanding European operations, working remotely from Germany.

This is a role for engineers who care deeply about user experience, performance, and shipping high-quality mobile features that real customers depend on every day. You'll be building native iOS experiences for a modern financial platform that serves millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship native iOS features for financial workflows including onboarding, accounts, payments, transfers, and AI-assisted user journeys
• Transform complex financial processes into clean, fast, and intuitive mobile experiences
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to move features from concept to production
• Own app quality metrics including performance, crash rates, loading states, edge cases, and release stability
• Analyze production feedback, analytics, and user behavior to continuously improve shipped features
• Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and secure data handling with strong emphasis on reliability
• Debug production issues and proactively improve app performance and stability

What We're Looking For

• Strong native iOS development experience using Swift
• Proven track record shipping iOS applications used by real customers at scale
• Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns
• Strong product sense and genuine care for user experience, not just implementing screens
• Ability to debug production issues and systematically improve app reliability and performance
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity while maintaining high standards
• Real technology career highlights where you personally built, shipped, or scaled significant products or systems
• Strong English communication skills for working with global teams
• Currently based in Germany (remote work within Germany)
