About This Opportunity
We are representing a rapidly scaling technology company in Munich that is transforming how commercial parking infrastructure operates through intelligent software and AI-driven solutions. Our client needs a strategic Product Sales Manager to bridge the critical gap between product development and revenue generation.
This role sits within the Business Development team and reports directly to the Head of Business Development. You will own the interface between commercial teams and product management, ensuring new features translate into market success and customer feedback drives product priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the interface between Commercial and Product teams—from structured needs analysis in Sales through prioritized handoff to Product Management and back to revenue teams
- Ensure customer and market feedback flows directly into the product roadmap using data-driven business cases rather than intuition
- Maintain the Product Playbook from a commercial perspective, translating new features and release notes into compelling value propositions for sales enablement
- Develop go-to-market playbooks and pitch materials in collaboration with Account Management and Business Development, ensuring successful feature adoption across verticals
- Structure alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations; drive decisions forward and report on cross-functional initiatives
- Build scalable processes that support the organization's growth trajectory
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience at the intersection of Product and Commercial functions (Product Marketing Manager, Business Analyst in SaaS, Tech Consultant, or Business Development Manager with strong product focus)
- Experience in B2B scale-up or startup environments strongly preferred
- Commercial mindset: you measure feature success by revenue impact and translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value
- Hypothesis-driven work style with strong prioritization skills and ability to build processes for scale
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities—you communicate effectively with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Commercial leadership, moderating and aligning cross-functional groups
- C2-level German proficiency and business-fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
- Comfortable working in Munich with hybrid flexibility (anchor days Tuesday–Thursday)
