We're seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with leadership on the highest-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business development during a critical growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives that directly impact business outcomes
• Partner with leadership to solve complex product and operational challenges
• Lead strategic projects from conception through execution and measurement
• Build new teams, processes, and organizational capabilities as the company scales
• Research and evaluate new market opportunities, product directions, and partnerships
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of critical workstreams and deliver measurable results
• Support hiring efforts and help build a world-class team
