AI Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded technology company in Berlin that is building AI-powered solutions for workflow automation. They are looking for their first AI Enablement Manager to help transform how their entire organization adopts and leverages artificial intelligence.

This is a unique opportunity to define and scale AI adoption across a fast-growing team. You'll work directly with senior leadership to build the infrastructure, guardrails, and enablement systems that help every department use AI safely, reliably, and effectively. You'll turn scattered experimentation into repeatable, scalable practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company's internal AI productivity suite, connecting agents, data, and workflows to enable cross-functional automation
• Partner with teams to redesign and automate complete work loops, concentrating human effort on judgment, decisions, and interpersonal work
• Build AI fluency across the organization through onboarding sessions, workshops, playbooks, and function-specific best practices
• Establish and enforce standards for AI governance, safe use, data handling, and compliance in partnership with Security and IT teams
• Embed AI into workflows by partnering with teams and leadership to build agents and automations that translate business needs into prioritized initiatives
• Analyze tool usage and adoption signals, identify patterns, and iterate on what actually improves outcomes
• Help create and maintain context layers so AI agents and humans operate on shared information

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment with hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives, including AI or advanced technology adoption
• Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems including prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, and APIs
• Experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms
• Engineer mindset—you can build, debug, and ship alongside technical and non-technical teams
• Proven track record enabling non-technical teams and driving adoption at scale through playbooks, learning content, and feedback loops
• Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
