Medical Operations – DACH (m/f/d)

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization that is transforming how medical professionals deliver patient care across the DACH region. Our client is a fast-growing platform backed by leading investors, and they're seeking a clinically-trained professional to join their Medical Operations team in Munich.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge clinical expertise with technology adoption. You'll work directly with healthcare providers, supporting implementation, gathering insights, and helping shape product evolution. Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clinicians on the platform, providing ongoing support through digital communication tools
• Ensure successful user adoption by troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback for continuous improvement
• Build clinical templates and AI prompts, contributing to the refinement of automated assistance features
• Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective healthcare organizations and support commercial activities
• Document and manage clinical safety incidents, optimizing operational processes for safe scaling
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth workflow integration
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and workshops throughout the DACH region

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting (general practice, hospital, or similar) following completion of medical studies
• Some background in consulting, corporate environments, or startups
• Genuine passion for technology, AI, and its application in transforming healthcare delivery
• Native German fluency and professional English proficiency
• Strong organizational abilities with a process-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences—clinicians, engineers, and business stakeholders
• High degree of ownership, initiative, and proactive problem-solving
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally as needed

Valued experience:

• Familiarity with AI prompting and large language models
• Experience in healthtech or SaaS environments
• Knowledge of DACH or EU regulatory standards (clinical safety, digital health compliance)
• Background running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts

Location: Full-time in Munich office with local travel expected; regular trips to the broader team in Stockholm required.
