About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing health-tech company that is transforming clinical documentation across the DACH region. Their AI-powered platform is already in daily use across thousands of healthcare organizations, helping physicians reclaim hours lost to administrative work.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with prospective healthcare providers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a high-impact role building the commercial pipeline from the ground up—not inheriting someone else's process, but creating the playbook for a market with genuine product-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, phone-first outreach to clinicians and healthcare decision-makers across self-serve, inbound, and outbound channels
- Qualify prospects rigorously: identify the right decision-maker, validate documentation pain points, and assess buying readiness
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives with clean handover notes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in the CRM with detailed activity logs
- Represent the solution credibly to medical professionals, understanding their workflows and challenges
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1–2 years in an SDR or sales role selling digital medical products (ideally SaaS) to clinicians in outpatient settings—examples include practice-management systems, EHR platforms, digital therapeutics, scheduling software, AI imaging tools, or telemedicine solutions
- Proven phone skills: you confidently lead conversations and handle rejection without losing momentum
- Self-motivated and results-driven—this is non-negotiable
- Coachable: you seek feedback and improve quickly
- Genuine curiosity about healthcare technology and clinical workflows
- Native-level German for customer-facing communication and C1/C2 English for internal collaboration
Bonus:
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Background working with healthcare providers, medical practices, clinics, or healthcare software vendors
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Previous experience in SaaS, digital health, medtech, or high-growth startup environments
