Junior Brand Account Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing automotive marketplace platform serving the European market. Our client is looking for a Junior Brand Account Manager to join their commercial team in Munich and help drive partner success on their digital platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of customer-facing experience who wants to work at the intersection of technology, automotive, and digital commerce. You'll be building relationships with dealer partners, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to innovative projects in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with dealer partners through regular telephone and written communication
• Guide and support new dealer partners through onboarding and platform adoption
• Work closely with commercial teams to analyze partner performance metrics and KPIs
• Develop independent recommendations to help partners maximize their success on the platform
• Contribute to ongoing and new projects, including AI-supported process improvements
• Provide strategic support to help partners increase their sales performance

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, business development, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles
• Previous exposure to SaaS products, marketplace platforms, or B2B environments is a plus
• Interest in the automotive industry or scale-up companies
• Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Proactive mindset with ability to initiate conversations and propose solutions independently
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in Munich, Germany, with a hybrid work model available (typically 3 days office, 2 days home office). Benefits through the client include 28 vacation days (increasing with tenure to 35 days), home office equipment budget, pension contributions, gym membership subsidy, and additional special leave provisions.
