Junior Partner Operations Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive marketplace platform that is transforming how people buy, sell, and lease vehicles across Europe. Our client has experienced significant growth and recently expanded their reach through strategic acquisitions. They are now entering a new growth phase following successful Series E funding.

We're seeking a Junior Partner Operations Manager to join their Commercial Operations team in Munich. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone supporting dealer partners and account management teams, ensuring partners maximize their success on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for partner dealers and the commercial team on all operational platform questions, ensuring quick and efficient resolution
• Identify bottlenecks in partner workflows and develop solutions with internal teams (Product, Tech) to increase operational efficiency
• Support data-driven performance analysis of partners and create actionable recommendations for account management, sales, and strategy teams
• Maintain data integrity and quality of partner information within the platform systems
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including AI process implementation, to enhance platform efficiency and partner experience
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation and guides for operational processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification with relevant focus
• Ideally previous experience in operations, process management, data analysis, or a commercial environment
• Passion for digital business models with strong comfort working with numbers and data
• Quick learner with new technologies; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), or business intelligence tools like ChatGPT or Gemini is a strong plus
• Ability to build trusting relationships quickly with confident communication skills in both German and English
• Independent work style with strong ownership mentality and solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Strong interest in data analysis and digital tools
