Implementation Consultant

We are representing a confidential IoT technology organization seeking an Implementation Consultant based in France. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this client to find professionals who excel at guiding enterprise customers through complex technology deployments.

This role sits at the critical juncture between sale and long-term customer success. You'll own the post-signature customer journey, designing and executing deployment plans that help organizations realize rapid value from their investment. The position requires up to 30% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment of IoT solutions for enterprise customers, serving as their primary advisor throughout implementation
• Lead solution workshops to develop operational processes aligned with customer business objectives
• Guide customers through organizational change management, including policy development, communications strategies, and training programs
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to stakeholders ranging from executives to daily system users
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously (typically 20+ projects in parallel)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across customer organizations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years in an implementation consultant, project manager, or customer onboarding role; enterprise SaaS and hardware experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years supporting or working with technical products
• Demonstrated project management expertise with ability to follow structured methodologies
• Proven experience managing 20+ implementations or projects concurrently
• Strong consultative skills with track record in end-to-end system implementations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust across all organizational levels
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English and German or French (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
