Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Social Media Video Editor based in Guyana. This role focuses on creating polished, data-driven LinkedIn content covering topics like optimization, testing methodologies, and web design strategies.

You'll be working with founder-led content that combines talking-head footage, screen recordings, visual examples, and motion graphics to make business concepts engaging and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form LinkedIn videos, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• Transform raw footage into polished social media content
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
• Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a premium visual standard
• Enhance audio quality through basic sound design and leveling
• Make data-heavy and business topics visually clear and engaging
• Create compelling openings that capture viewer attention immediately
• Repurpose longer recordings into effective short-form clips
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand aesthetic
• Communicate effectively with a U.S.-based team and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media video work
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
• Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business-focused content
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Good written English skills
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, or technology content
• Motion graphics or After Effects capabilities
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube content styles
• Interest in conversion optimization, user experience, or digital marketing
