Product Marketing Specialist – Remote Europe (f/m/d)

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity software organization seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join their remote team across Europe. Our client is transforming enterprise security with cutting-edge solutions that protect mission-critical systems at some of the world's largest organizations.

As a key member of their marketing function, you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and clear customer value. This role offers direct impact in a fast-moving environment where your strategic thinking will shape go-to-market initiatives across compliance, emerging technologies, and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for products, capabilities, and use cases that resonate with enterprise buyers
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, buyer-focused value propositions
• Contribute to market and competitive intelligence initiatives
• Support go-to-market strategies and plans across key focus areas including Compliance, AI, and product releases
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and messaging testing to validate assumptions and strengthen positioning
• Partner with Product Management to understand product developments, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Enable Sales and Pre-Sales teams with product narratives, competitive positioning, and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Marketing colleagues on product content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing
• Background in cybersecurity or compliance-focused enterprise software
• Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable messaging and go-to-market decisions
• Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly to business audiences
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use customer, market, and performance insights to guide decisions
• Experience creating sales enablement and customer-facing content
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred:

• Experience within enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Background working in international B2B software companies
• German language skills
