Werkstudent (m/w/d) RevOps / Sales Operations – voll remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education-technology organization seeking a working student (20 hours per week, fully remote across Germany) to support their Revenue Operations and Sales Operations functions.

Your core responsibilities from day one will include:

• Maintaining and cleaning contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot CRM
• Supporting marketing email campaigns, including adaptation of content and execution of A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and calls-to-action
• Assisting with lead outreach and qualification activities as capacity allows

As you grow into the role, depending on your interests and available capacity, you may take on additional technical projects such as:

• Contributing to website development, creating landing pages for courses and campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates
• Connecting various tools and automating recurring workflows using low-code platforms and AI tools
• Ensuring clean data flow across systems and building simple dashboards for marketing and sales teams
• Identifying process improvements and implementing your own solutions with significant autonomy

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who can balance careful execution of detailed tasks with strategic thinking about process improvement. The ideal candidate brings:

• Quick comprehension and a structured, meticulous working style
• Ability to troubleshoot independently using documentation and help resources
• Reliability and sharp attention to detail, especially for repetitive tasks
• Drive to continuously question processes and identify efficiency gains—you spot where time, effort, and resources are being lost
• Willingness to perform both strategic thinking and necessary operational work
• Creativity in marketing (prior experience not required, but enthusiasm for testing and improving copy and campaigns)
• Strong communication skills and interest in customer contact, ideally with some phone experience
• Excellent German language skills (business fluency required)

Nice to have for future technical work: Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, automation platforms, AI tools, or SEO principles.
