Product Manager / Director – GPU & AI Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B cloud infrastructure company experiencing rapid commercial growth in Europe. Our client has built a robust cloud storage platform and is now expanding into high-performance GPU compute services for AI and machine learning workloads. We're seeking a Product Manager or Director to own the strategy and go-to-market execution for their GPU and AI services portfolio.

This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership to define product direction, pricing models, and target customer segments. You'll bridge technical infrastructure with commercial strategy, driving thousands of enterprise customer acquisitions over the next 12 months.

Location: Hamburg, Germany
Work Authorization: Valid EU work permit required

Responsibilities

• Own the complete GPU and AI services product strategy, roadmap, and commercial accountability
• Identify and validate high-value market segments and use cases to establish product-market fit
• Design pricing structures, packaging options, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and channel partners
• Translate customer research and feedback into prioritized, executable engineering requirements
• Act as technical product lead for enterprise engagements, discussing GPU architectures, cluster networking, and AI workload optimization
• Conduct competitive analysis to maintain industry-leading positioning and feature sets

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success leading product strategy and driving revenue growth for cloud infrastructure or AI platforms
• Strong technical understanding of GPU architectures, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance cluster networking
• Commercial acumen with experience developing pricing strategies and defining ideal customer profiles
• Data-driven decision-making approach, prioritizing customer evidence over assumptions
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools to enhance research and execution efficiency
• Fluent English required; additional European languages highly valued
• Product Manager or Director-level experience in relevant domains

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for this level in the Hamburg market. Our client also offers equity participation through an employee stock ownership plan.
