Role Overview

We're recruiting for a full-time Painter to support our Maintenance Team based in Atlantis. In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects, working to high standards of finish whilst managing resources responsibly. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to keeping our premises in excellent condition, working directly with our facilities management staff to deliver quality results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints and materials, and execute painting work to a professional standard
• Manage project timelines effectively to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
• Minimise material waste through careful handling and efficient application techniques
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Team on various facility upkeep and improvement projects
• Maintain equipment and work areas to health and safety standards

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
• Demonstrable ability to produce neat, high-quality finishes consistently
• Strong time management and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Resourceful approach to material use and cost control
• Basic handyman or tiling skills (an advantage, not essential)
• Valid South African identification
