Responsibilities

We are representing multiple industrial manufacturing organizations in the Dortmund region that are actively seeking quality management and quality assurance professionals. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:

• Leading quality management systems and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards
• Managing supplier quality processes and incoming goods inspection
• Coordinating complaint management and implementing 8D methodology
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Driving process optimization initiatives using FMEA, SPC, and MSA tools
• Implementing Lean Quality, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement (KVP) programs
• Overseeing measurement technology and laboratory operations
• Developing and maintaining quality documentation and procedures

What We're Looking For

Our clients are seeking quality professionals with backgrounds in:

• Quality management and quality assurance roles within industrial manufacturing environments
• Experience with automotive, mechanical engineering, plastics processing, or metal fabrication industries
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant ISO standards
• Practical experience with quality tools including FMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving methodologies
• Audit management experience (internal and external audits)
• Background in supplier quality, complaint management, or process optimization
• Quality certifications or specialized training in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies are advantageous
• German language proficiency is required for these positions
