Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking an independent field sales professional to support merchants across the Bayonne area. In this commission-based role, you will:

• Prospect cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and local businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identify merchant needs and present tailored payment solutions with on-site demonstrations
• Support merchants through activation and build your client portfolio over time
• Manage your own prospecting efforts—no lead lists are provided

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of cold prospecting experience (field or phone-based) within the last six years
• Comfortable with proactive outreach to business owners and decision-makers
• Autonomous, persistent, reliable, and results-driven
• Available at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number at the time of engagement
• Fluent in French

This is a freelance (auto-entrepreneur) opportunity. You will organize your schedule independently. Travel and related expenses are your responsibility; no company vehicle is provided.

Pay

This role is commission-only with no fixed salary or cap. Compensation is structured as follows:

• 50% immediate commission on hardware, software, and payment volume generated during a merchant's first month
• 20% recurring revenue on each signed merchant's ongoing activity, paid monthly for up to 24 months

Example: An active merchant processing approximately €15,000 per month may generate over €1,000 in cumulative commissions over 24 months. Actual earnings vary based on products sold, merchant activation, transaction volume, and merchant retention. No minimum income is guaranteed.
