Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an independent field sales professional to support merchants across the Mont-de-Marsan area. In this freelance role, you will:

• Prospect cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and local businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identify merchant needs, present tailored payment solutions, and conduct product demonstrations
• Support merchants through activation and grow your portfolio of active accounts

Please note: prospecting is self-directed. No lead lists are provided—you will generate your own pipeline through cold outreach.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of cold prospecting experience (field or telephone) within the past six years
• Comfort with proactive B2B sales approaches to business owners and decision-makers
• Autonomous, persistent, dependable, and results-driven
• Available at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number required at start

This is a commission-only freelance opportunity with no salary floor or ceiling. The client provides initial training, a demonstration terminal, and commercial support materials. A regional contact remains available for ongoing guidance. Your territory will be defined during recruitment based on your location and open zones. You manage your own schedule. Travel and associated expenses are your responsibility; no company vehicle is provided.

Pay

Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap. The client offers 50% immediate commission on hardware, software, and first-month payment volume, plus 20% recurring monthly revenue on each signed merchant's activity for up to 24 months. No minimum income is guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on merchant activation, transaction volume, product mix, and account retention.
