Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an independent field sales professional to support merchants across the Gironde region. In this freelance role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting cold prospecting among cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and local businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identifying merchant needs, presenting tailored payment solutions, and delivering product demonstrations
• Supporting merchants through activation and building your portfolio of active clients
• Managing your own prospecting efforts independently, with no pre-supplied lead database

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• At least one year of cold prospecting experience (field or telephone-based) within the past six years
• Comfort with proactive sales approaches when engaging business professionals
• Strong autonomy, persistence, reliability, and results-driven mindset
• Availability for at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number at time of engagement
• Fluency in French for this France-based territory

Please note that you will organize your schedule independently. Travel and associated expenses remain your responsibility, and no company vehicle is provided.

Pay

This is a commission-only freelance arrangement with no base salary or commission cap. Compensation structure includes immediate commissions on equipment and software sales plus recurring revenue share on merchant payment activity. Specific commission rates and examples will be discussed during the interview process. No minimum income is guaranteed, as earnings depend on merchant acquisition, activation, transaction volumes, and ongoing merchant activity.
