About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the sustainable tech sector, seeking an Events Operations Apprentice to join their creative brand experience team in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to support the production and execution of events and brand activations that bring innovative campaigns to life both offline and online.

Our client designs memorable experiences ranging from large-scale conferences to nimble, limited-budget productions. As part of their fast-paced team, you'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, production coordination, and creative brand work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing external events from planning through execution, including briefing, logistics coordination, budget tracking, and on-site support
• Serve as operational support for project troubleshooting, sourcing, and day-to-day task management
• Contribute to post-event reporting, wrap-ups, and documentation of learnings
• Help produce brand content and promotional materials in-house with limited resources
• Manage shipping logistics, coordination, and production tasks for smaller-scale activations such as influencer events and partnership dinners
• Support the team across multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic international environment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d'alternance/d'apprentissage) with availability starting January 2027
• Ideally available for 12 months (24-month duration can be discussed)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Team player with curiosity, adaptability, and strong initiative
• Passionate about events, branding, and creative culture
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Previous international experience and/or internship/work-study program in event management or as a production assistant
