Account Executive DACH (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential learning technology client seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue across German-speaking markets, with a focus on mid-market accounts.

In this role, you will:

• Lead sales opportunities from initial demonstration through contract closure
• Execute proven sales methodologies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Deliver complex software demonstrations as a core part of your sales process
• Participate in responses to requests for proposals from prospective clients
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity reporting
• Develop strategic approaches to win projects and grow your network of HR and training decision-makers
• Process a continuous flow of inbound qualified opportunities
• Contribute to the team's overall growth strategy and sales playbook refinement

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in an Account Executive or Presales role
• Proven track record performing complex software demonstrations within the sales cycle
• Fluent German and fluent English proficiency
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at all organizational levels
• Excellent active listening skills and collaborative team approach
• Knowledge of HR and Learning & Development trends is a plus
• Experience with sales tools such as CRM platforms, conversation intelligence software, and collaboration systems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The package includes base salary, variable commission component, and equity participation.
