Account Executive – Central Europe (DACH)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an exceptionally talented Account Executive to join their Central Europe sales team. This role is designed for a driven new-business hunter who thrives on challenge and possesses the strategic discipline to manage a high-value territory across the DACH region.

Our client connects brands and retailers with consumers through enterprise technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with major retail and eCommerce accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new prospect accounts across the DACH region
• Conduct in-depth discovery to uncover client needs and position solutions accordingly
• Demonstrate value propositions by positioning high-ROI technology solutions
• Lead full sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and product specialists
• Manage and grow your territory with accurate forecasting and quota accountability
• Develop champions within new accounts and create mutual close plans with clients
• Navigate complex organizations to sell multi-solution offerings to Executive and C-Level stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of new business sales experience in eCommerce, digital, or SaaS environments
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
• Experience following a recognized sales methodology (our client uses BANT)
• Strong prospecting skills with proven ability to set your own meetings
• Experience selling to multiple Executive and C-Level stakeholders
• Ability to drive urgency and navigate ambiguity both internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
• Full authorization to work in the EU without restrictions

Preferred:

• Additional European language skills
• Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Technical aptitude to understand how complex products work
