Stage Consultant Média F/H

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking an intern to join their team in Paris. This is a 6-month internship position with a balanced focus on project coordination and analytical work.

Project Management and Coordination (50%):

• Track campaign deadlines and project progress, ensuring timely delivery across multiple client accounts
• Draft briefs for internal media specialists and consolidate feedback to maintain project flow
• Participate actively in client meetings and manage day-to-day client communications, building trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Manage a diverse portfolio including accounts in aviation, confectionery, cybersecurity, and fintech sectors

Analysis and Administrative Follow-up (50%):

• Monitor budgets using Excel to track account activity, media plans, and associated budgets
• Take responsibility for editing and ensuring compliance of budget commitment forms within deadlines—a key deliverable for campaign billing
• Conduct market monitoring and analyze competitor advertising investments by extracting and processing data from media monitoring software

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree in communication or marketing, seeking a 6-month internship
• Passion for media, advertising, and new technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• English proficiency between B2 and C1 level
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
