Stage Communication – Stratégie & création de contenus (Adopt AI)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and innovation organization seeking a Communications Intern for a major international AI summit taking place in Paris in December 2026. This 6-month full-time internship, starting September 2026, will support the event's communications manager across a broad range of digital content and strategic communication activities.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: Design visual assets using Canva, produce short-form videos for social media (reels, stories, teasers), and write posts for speakers, partners, and industry verticals including finance, healthcare, sports, and technology
• Email Marketing & Distribution: Draft and send targeted marketing emails, distribute content across multiple ecosystems (corporations, institutions, startups, AI sector)
• Partnership Support: Track and manage partner deliverables and communications
• Community Management: Schedule and moderate posts across seven LinkedIn accounts, monitor engagement, and animate online communities
• Post-Event Activities: Sort and select photos, draft thank-you and highlight posts, verify and publish video replays, assist with event debriefs

You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and proposals, working closely with the communications lead on this flagship event expected to attract over 25,000 attendees, 500 speakers, and 250 exhibitors at a prestigious Paris venue.

What We're Looking For

Education & Background:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in communications, marketing, or related field
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and event marketing

Skills & Qualities:

• Bilingual French and English (written and spoken) with excellent writing skills in both languages
• Sensitivity to messaging, positioning, and editorial consistency
• Highly organized and rigorous with project management capabilities
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive with ideas

Technical Requirements:

• Canva proficiency (essential)
• Video editing tools experience (appreciated)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot or similar tools
