About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology company based in Munich. They are seeking a working student to join their Customer Onboarding and Process Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with data-driven processes while supporting the implementation of workforce management solutions in the healthcare sector.

You'll work on-site in Munich for 16-20 hours per week, becoming an integral part of a 13-person local team. This role offers long-term collaboration potential and exposure to real client projects from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding processes and guide clients through system implementation
• Assist with administrative tasks within the business support function
• Manage data entry and data administration activities
• Help process customer support inquiries as needed
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss tasks, customer requests, and internal projects
• Learn from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful client work

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a Munich university studying Business Informatics, Healthcare Management, Nursing Management, Sports Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or similar fields
• Interest in working with data and some practical experience with tools such as Excel, MySQL, or similar platforms
• Conscientious and detail-oriented working style
• German language proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken)
• Strong English communication skills
• Interest in a long-term collaboration with the team
• Availability to work 16-20 hours per week on-site in Munich
• Please note: This position is not suitable as a dual study partner program
