About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Canada that is experiencing significant growth. Our talent team is seeking a Product Manager to lead platform development and shape the user experience for their community-powered marketplace. This is a fully remote role within Canada, offering the opportunity to work with a profitable, rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize product problems and solutions to maximize value creation for end users
  • Contribute to platform product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to build deep understanding of user segments
  • Partner with design to rapidly test assumptions and validate solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on platform strategy and goals
  • Identify and monitor key metrics to evaluate product impact and overall platform health
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to leverage expertise and maintain alignment

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2C products
  • Proven experience using both qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions
  • Track record of shipping impactful product improvements with cross-functional teams
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort making trade-offs with incomplete information
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce or crowdfunding platforms
  • Background in the creator economy space
  • Experience on growth-focused product teams

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000-$125,000 CAD per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
