Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to engage clients in meaningful financial conversations and identify their needs
• Deliver attentive and friendly service with a client-first approach, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Offer personalized financial solutions and product recommendations based on client discussions
• Build strong client relationships through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and exceptional service
• Guide clients in using digital self-service tools including mobile apps, online platforms, and ATMs
• Collaborate with team members and refer clients to specialists as appropriate
• Resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail, ensuring consistent positive experiences
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client engagement and referrals
• Stay current on products, services, and industry trends
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required compliance training

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proven client service experience or comparable background
• Client-first attitude with ability to create hospitable, friendly experiences

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures

Preferred:

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience in retail banking, financial services, or consultative customer relationship roles
• Background in hospitality or service industries with proven track record of deepening client relationships
• Experience working with affluent clients
• Strong ability to educate and connect customers to technology solutions
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
