Senior Implementation Manager / Solution Architect Veeva

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential life sciences organization seeking a Senior Implementation Manager / Solution Architect with deep Veeva platform expertise. This is a strategic role leading enterprise-wide deployment of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, and Salesforce as part of a major commercial and data transformation initiative.

Our client operates in both human and animal health segments and requires a seasoned leader who can drive large-scale implementations while building and mentoring high-performing project teams across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation programs for Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, and related platforms, ensuring alignment with global standards while accommodating regional market requirements
• Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams to foster collaboration and ensure long-term solution sustainability
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, managing transparency and alignment across global, regional, and local priorities
• Define functional requirements and oversee solution design in collaboration with platform vendors and integration teams
• Shape data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, transparency reporting)
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms to maximize value across commercial and medical functions
• Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management to drive successful adoption and business impact
• Contribute strategic insights on industry trends and best practices to inform the technology roadmap

What We're Looking For

• 10–15+ years of experience in IT program management or functional leadership within the life sciences sector
• Proven track record implementing Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, with hands-on Salesforce CRM knowledge
• Deep expertise in customer and commercial data management, master data governance, and data integration strategies
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing implementation teams in global organizations
• Strong background in both human pharmaceutical and animal health business models, including commercial processes and engagement approaches
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to build consensus in complex environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with distributed global teams
