Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential software development firm in München, and we're seeking a Java Backend Developer to join their team. In this role, you will:
- Work on demanding development projects for well-known clients in an agile Java environment
- Develop modern applications using technologies such as Spring Boot
- Take responsibility for developing and testing your components and their interfaces, with mentorship provided based on your experience level
- Write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code following clean code principles
- Participate in sprint planning and code reviews, sharing knowledge with team members and remaining open to improvement suggestions
- Present your results to clients and actively seek feedback
- Continuously develop your skills and stay current with innovative technologies
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualifications
- Strong knowledge and extensive practical experience in the Java ecosystem
- Openness to new technologies and enthusiasm for working with innovative tools
- Talent and passion combined with methodical, analytical thinking
- Team player mindset with experience in agile development environments
- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients
