Responsabilités
Nous recherchons un.e stagiaire Assistant.e Qualité SAV pour rejoindre l'équipe qualité de notre client, une organisation du secteur mode et luxe basée à Paris.
Rattaché.e à l'équipe Qualité, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de projets Qualité et le service Production. Vos missions principales incluent:
- Traiter les réclamations internes provenant de différents canaux (e-commerce, points de vente, wholesale)
- Effectuer l'analyse technique des défectuosités produits
- Proposer et apporter des solutions de réparation lorsque possible
- Organiser le suivi des marchandises défectueuses entre clients, siège et fabricants
- Enrichir le référentiel des défauts identifiés
- Participer au contrôle qualité en entrepôt lors des pics saisonniers
- Rédiger des cahiers des charges à destination des fabricants
Des déplacements en entrepôt sont à prévoir dans le cadre de cette mission.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Stage conventionné de 6 mois par un établissement reconnu par l'État uniquement
- Disponibilité pour un démarrage en septembre 2026
- Sensibilité produit et connaissances techniques appréciées
- Maîtrise du Pack Office, bonne connaissance d'Excel nécessaire
- Bon niveau d'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité d'analyse
