Responsabilités
Notre client, une organisation technologique française en forte croissance, recherche un·e stagiaire FP&A Analyst pour un stage de 6 mois à partir de mars 2027. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 6 personnes et contribuerez au pilotage financier et au reporting stratégique.
Vos responsabilités incluent:
- Clôtures mensuelles et reporting financier: contribuer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles, préparer le reporting groupe pour le comité exécutif et participer aux présentations trimestrielles du conseil
- Support au pilotage stratégique: assister à la préparation des présentations exécutives et assurer le suivi des KPIs opérationnels via des outils BI (Tableau et Metabase)
- Suivi du budget: suivre les hypothèses budgétaires, participer à la construction des forecasts trimestriels et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles
- Optimisation des process de reporting avec recours à l'IA pour améliorer la fiabilité et l'efficacité
- Missions ad-hoc sur divers sujets financiers stratégiques
Ce que nous recherchons
Le candidat idéal présente le profil suivant:
- Étudiant·e en Master 1 ou 2 d'une école de commerce ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en finance/contrôle de gestion, en recherche d'un stage de césure ou de fin d'études
- Reconnu·e pour votre organisation et votre rigueur, tout en sachant être force de proposition
- Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément avec efficacité
- Excellente communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de l'anglais couramment
Des atouts appréciés:
- Première expérience avec des logiciels ERP/EPM (SAP, Anaplan)
- Intérêt pour l'intelligence artificielle
