Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Junior Website Manager intern starting January 2027. In this role, you will support our client's web team in managing multiple professional and public-facing websites across various markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and publishing web pages via WordPress CMS based on requests from Marketing, Product, HR, Design, Data, and Legal teams
- Monitoring page performance using analytics tools (Amplitude) and SQL queries
- Adapting and deploying web pages across multiple European markets (France, Italy, Germany, UK, Netherlands)
- Continuously identifying improvement opportunities in design, UX, UI, functionality, and conversion; detecting and correcting bugs through the CMS
- Tracking and optimizing page visibility on search engines (SEO) and AI-powered search tools (GEO) through audits using Google Search Console and Semrush
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates who have:
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or another CMS, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong design orientation with UX/UI skills and a user-centric approach
- Solid SEO competencies and understanding of GEO (visibility on search engines and AI-powered answer engines)
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Bonus qualifications that would be fantastic:
- Tech-savvy mindset: comfortable with AI tools and staying current with the latest tech trends
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Italian or German language skills
