  • Drive customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets, reporting on key metrics including ARR, NRR, and consumption
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to share with product development and internal teams
  • Lead training sessions and enablement workshops to ensure deep product adoption and measurable operational impact
  • Monitor customer data and record-keeping to enable personalized, informed interactions across support, success, and sales teams
  • Develop and execute ongoing customer development programs including health checks, product upgrades, and strategic workshops
  • Identify customer reference opportunities and support the development of case studies
  • Contribute to the evolution of Customer Success processes, systems, and best practices across the organization

What We're Looking For

Technical & Cybersecurity Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with security product enablement, including running product health checks, configuring alert and response rules, and remediating identity security vulnerabilities
  • Strong understanding of security concepts including NIST IR processes, MITRE ATT&CK framework, advanced persistent threats, Active Directory and Entra ID vulnerabilities and attack patterns
  • Foundational knowledge across cybersecurity domains: network security, endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), cloud security (CSPM/CWPP), identity management (IAM/SSO/MFA), SIEM, zero-trust architectures, and threat intelligence
  • Understanding of modern on-premises and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2

Customer-Facing & Soft Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role within a cybersecurity SaaS company
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex security threats and product value to CISOs, CIOs, architects, and analysts in their language
  • Skill in turning telemetry, risk scores, and attack surface metrics into compelling business narratives
  • Strong project and program management capabilities for managing onboarding, health checks, maturity roadmaps, and expansion opportunities
  • Proven conflict resolution and expectation management skills during incidents or escalations
  • Consultative approach to identifying use cases that drive expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year renewals

Business & Strategic Skills:

  • Experience with renewal and expansion forecasting, understanding of ARR, NRR, and consumption metrics
  • Ability to build and execute Customer Success Plans and Joint Success Plans with sales account owners
  • Risk identification skills (technical debt, low adoption, competing solutions) and mitigation planning through QBRs and escalation paths
  • Competitive intelligence awareness and ability to articulate product differentiation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Active Directory
  • Fluent English required
  • German language proficiency is a strong advantage
