Technical Integrations Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise software client in the procurement technology space. They're seeking a Technical Integrations Consultant based in the UK to join their professional services team. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, working with mid-market and enterprise clients across diverse industries.

You'll be responsible for designing and deploying complex integrations between our client's platform and customers' existing technology ecosystems—including ERP systems, ticketing tools, contract lifecycle management platforms, and third-party risk management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate our client's platform into customer IT environments, typically connecting with ERP (Oracle, SAP, Ariba), P2P, ticketing, CLM, and TPRM systems
• Design and document integration architectures that meet customer requirements and align with best practices
• Validate customer requirements against third-party API documentation and technical constraints
• Build integrations using an internal iPaaS solution, working directly with customer stakeholders
• Conduct unit testing and configuration validation with customers
• Provide regular status updates to management and clients, delivering accurate timelines and work estimates
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback that shapes platform development
• Continuously improve technical processes to reduce customer time-to-value

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience integrating enterprise systems, particularly with ERP platforms (Oracle/Ariba strongly preferred), P2P, ticketing, CLM, and TPRM systems
• Hands-on experience configuring integrations using iPaaS tools
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript scripting
• Strong working knowledge of XML, REST APIs, and standard authentication protocols
• Ability to lead data architecture discussions and design integration solutions for commercial and mid-market customers
• Comfortable reading and working with API documentation independently
• Proven ability to test and troubleshoot integration errors systematically
• Skill in translating highly technical concepts for audiences with varying technical backgrounds
• Strong documentation skills with ability to capture customer requirements quickly and with minimal oversight
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Excellent communication skills and extreme attention to detail
• Customer-success oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

Beneficial but not required: Previous ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience
