This is a remote opportunity available globally, with optional access to offices in major cities including London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

Our client is at the forefront of AI audio technology, serving enterprise customers who deploy intelligent voice and chat solutions at scale. You'll be positioning and packaging their agent platform to enterprise audiences, working with companies that use this technology for customer support, interactive experiences, and contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Position and package conversational AI agent platforms for enterprise audiences
• Launch new products and features targeting technical and enterprise buyers
• Produce thought leadership content that demonstrates industry expertise
• Create sales enablement assets to support the enterprise sales team
• Build industry-focused landing pages and marketing materials
• Drive narrative development as new use cases and industries emerge
• Manage multiple concurrent product marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional product sense and design intuition
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Technical background and genuine interest in becoming an expert on conversational AI agents
• Proven experience launching products for technical and enterprise audiences
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Deep passion for AI audio technology and emerging tech trends
• Track record of delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations
