In this position, you'll serve as a technical problem-solver embedded with major clients, taking ownership of complex integrations and solutions from conception through delivery. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and customer success, requiring both strong coding abilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of major technical projects for strategic enterprise partners
• Design and implement custom solutions and integrations using client technologies
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams and executives on technical architectures
• Build full-scale integrations and proof-of-concept implementations
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Travel regularly for on-site customer meetings and implementation work
• Provide technical guidance to ensure optimal use of platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Customer-facing experience: Previous work directly with customers in a technical capacity (including student projects, side projects, or professional roles)
• Python proficiency: Strong development skills with deep understanding of software architecture and API integration
• Communication skills: Ability to distill complex technical information and apply logical problem-solving approaches
• Language requirements: Fluency in both English and French with understanding of regional and cultural nuances
• Location: Based anywhere in France; Paris preferred
• Comfort with regular travel for customer on-sites
