Accounts Payable Specialist

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Europe. This is a remote position supporting a fast-growing organization that serves millions of users globally.

We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage the complete accounts payable cycle, maintain vendor relationships, and support monthly close activities in a high-velocity startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices end-to-end, ensuring proper coding, approval, and documentation in accordance with company policy
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments aligned with payment terms and internal timelines
• Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report while monitoring outstanding payables
• Support month-end close activities by reconciling AP and corporate credit card accounts
• Serve as primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors
• Assist with audit requests and compile internal control documentation
• Collaborate with external auditors and partners as needed
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships through timely, professional communication

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Required proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp
• Strong command of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Location in GMT+0 to GMT+3 time zones preferred to align with the finance team
• This is a fully remote position available to candidates across Europe
