Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hochbau
- Führung der eigenen Kolonne und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern vor Ort
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit
- Materialdisposition und Koordination des Geräteeinsatzes
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Werkpolier
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauausführung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und solides handwerkliches Können
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Vergütung über Get A Job.ai
Die Vergütung beim Mandanten liegt zwischen 60.000 € und 80.000 € jährlich, abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
