PUMA Retail Sales Associate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential sports retail organization, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Soltau. In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with established brand values and service standards on the sales floor
• Drive individual sales performance to meet and exceed revenue, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement
• Process sales transactions at the register with speed, competence, accuracy, and security
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, stock replenishment, and inventory tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate recommendations to your team
• Work flexible part-time or full-time hours, approximately 20-40 hours per week
