DATEV-Experte/DATEV-Expertin, Fachassistenz Digitalisierung FAIT (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established professional services firm in the Bonn area seeking a DATEV Expert and Digitalization Specialist. Our client provides advisory services to mid-sized businesses and requires an experienced professional to support their internal teams and clients with DATEV systems and digital process optimization.

This is a permanent position available in full-time or part-time arrangements, offering flexibility in work location including homeoffice options.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for DATEV software to internal staff and clients via telephone, email, remote access, and on-site visits
• Conduct structured analysis of workflows to identify optimization opportunities and increase digitalization and automation levels
• Support implementation and usage of DATEV modules including Unternehmen Online, RZ-Bankinfo, and document management systems
• Serve as the technical liaison between tax professionals, clients, internal IT teams, and DATEV
• Drive efficiency improvements through ongoing user training and qualification programs
• Act as a multiplier for new technical developments and productivity-enhancing features within the DATEV ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• Completed training in tax services (e.g., Steuerfachangestellte/r, Steuerfachwirt/in) with advanced DATEV knowledge
• Ideally: specialized certification such as Fachassistent/in Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (FAIT), certified Fibutroniker, or DATEV Kanzlei-Organisationsbeauftragter
• Some experience with DATEV administration is beneficial
• Goal-oriented and structured working approach
• Willingness to travel occasionally between office locations in the Cologne/Bonn region, Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, and Kreis Euskirchen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• German language proficiency required for this role
