User Acquisition Manager (Meta & SnapChat)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in the consumer products space. Our client is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive daily growth marketing activities across Meta and Snapchat platforms. This role offers the opportunity to manage significant advertising budgets, optimize performance across multiple regions, and directly impact user acquisition metrics.

This is a remote position open to candidates located within approximately ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET), including Europe and Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Snapchat, managing multiple funnels including worldwide and standalone segments
• Manage daily campaign operations including launches, creative transitions, bid optimization, and budget allocation
• Take ownership of creative testing on Snapchat, analyze ad performance, and identify winning concepts for scaling
• Conduct cohort analysis and create dedicated campaigns segmented by demographics, interests, and behavioral data
• Monitor and optimize performance on a daily and hourly basis across budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies
• Develop custom and lookalike audience campaigns with strategic targeting approaches
• Collaborate with creative teams to source, test, and iterate on ad concepts based on performance data
• Maintain disciplined execution across account structure, testing frameworks, and scaling logic
• Deliver regular performance reporting with actionable insights and trend analysis

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing with a proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics including eCPA, ROAS, and CPM
• Experience managing worldwide campaigns with expertise in targeting options, placements, audience segmentation, and budget management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance reports and structure campaigns by region, demographics, and audience segments
• Performance-focused mindset with ability to meet target CPA and ROI goals while scaling efficiently
• Ability to quickly identify, react to, and resolve performance issues within short timeframes
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong adaptability to fast-paced environments and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) for optimal collaboration
