Travel & Customer Service Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a clinical research organization seeking a Travel & Customer Service Coordinator to support their global trial operations team. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on patient communication and travel logistics for active clinical studies.

Key Details: This is a part-time contract position, potentially up to 25 hours per week on an hourly basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on study needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel and transportation budgets for clinical trial participants
• Serve as primary point of contact for patient communications regarding air, hotel, and ground transportation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on participant requirements
• Support hospital and clinical staff with participant enrollments and visit schedules
• Respond promptly to inquiries from trial participants and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate databases and transfer data between internal operating systems
• Produce reports as required
• Collaborate with study managers to identify client and patient needs
• Contribute to project efficiency and profitability through optimized processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent French and fluent English required; additional languages preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and follow-up skills
• Excellence in cross-departmental communication
• Confident decision-making with strong follow-through
• Home office setup with personal computer, telephone, updated operating system, anti-virus software, and password-protected devices (Chromebook not supported)
