Project Assistant

m360 Research seeks a Project Assistant for our Bangalore office. In this full-time role, you'll support the delivery of high-impact research projects, ensuring all work meets our established Service Level Agreements and quality standards.

About the Role

As Project Assistant at m360 Research, you'll play a vital part in keeping our projects on track. You'll work directly with project teams to manage day-to-day execution of assigned tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure seamless coordination across all project phases. This position offers excellent exposure to research project management and an opportunity to develop core professional skills whilst contributing to meaningful work in the Bangalore research sector.

Core Duties

• Execute assigned project tasks in line with agreed Service Level Agreement timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status records
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure efficient task completion
• Monitor project milestones and flag any risks to delivery schedules
• Support quality assurance processes and adhere to established standards
• Communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative project support
