Growth manager (Get A Job.ai AI)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential developer tools organization seeking a Growth Manager to own the full acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey for their AI-powered development platform. You will help technical teams discover the platform through integrated product surfaces, understand its value in their workflows, and reach meaningful usage quickly.

In this role, you will:

• Own and optimize the complete journey from acquisition to activation for team and organizational users of an AI development platform
• Define, measure, and continuously improve the path from product entry points to meaningful product usage
• Optimize acquisition flows across IDE integrations, desktop products, plugins, account flows, and contextual prompts
• Create and refine self-service experiences including trial starts, guided demos, sandbox environments, interactive walkthroughs, and setup flows
• Design and iterate on onboarding experiences, guided product education, first-run experiences, contextual prompts, and empty states that accelerate time-to-value
• Identify and eliminate friction points across signup, setup, onboarding, trial, and first-use flows, transforming them into clear product improvements
• Lead growth experiments focused on improving acquisition conversion, onboarding completion, trial-to-active conversion, and early repeated usage
• Partner with marketing teams on acquisition journeys, campaign-to-product continuity, and lifecycle flows
• Collaborate with monetization specialists on trial experiences, upgrade prompts, usage limits, and commercial constraints
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, research, marketing, and product teams to ship measurable improvements
• Establish clear growth hypotheses, prioritize experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into actionable product and business decisions

What we're looking for

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in onboarding, activation, and product-led growth within developer tools, SaaS, or AI products
• Track record of improving acquisition-to-activation funnels, product entry points, onboarding flows, trial experiences, or new-user journeys
• Understanding of how to connect marketing touchpoints with product-side acquisition into cohesive user experiences
• Proficiency with product analytics, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and qualitative insights to understand user behavior
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting product experiments with statistical rigor
• Ability to translate ambiguous growth challenges into focused hypotheses, product changes, and measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of self-service activation strategies that reduce dependency on sales assistance or manual onboarding
• Strong UX judgment with focus on reducing friction, clarifying value, and building user trust
• Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, monetization, research, and product teams
• Clear communication abilities to align stakeholders around funnel insights, growth priorities, and experiment results

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI-powered products, developer tools, IDEs, DevOps platforms, or software engineering workflows
• Background designing acquisition, onboarding, or activation experiences for complex technical products
• Experience with product-led acquisition from owned product surfaces such as in-app prompts, contextual entry points, trial starts, demos, sandboxes, and interactive walkthroughs
• Understanding of product-led growth in B2B or prosumer products where individual users can influence wider organizational adoption
• Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools, experimentation platforms, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and activation modeling
• Strong intuition for developer audiences and their expectations around control, transparency, low friction, and practical value
