Delivery Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and AI platform provider seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to join their London team. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role where you'll drive customer success by accelerating platform adoption and ensuring complex organizations maximize their return on investment.

As the post-sale technical lead, you'll bridge the gap between technical win and production deployment, working across multiple use cases within strategic accounts. You'll orchestrate internal specialized teams, build executive relationships, and create execution strategies that transform technical decisions into live, value-generating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for the majority of platform use cases within strategic accounts
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders
• Drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy consumption of workloads where customers have committed to the platform
• Act as first point of contact for technical issues or questions related to production/go-live status of agreed use cases
• Coordinate with Professional Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources to build comprehensive delivery plans
• Create and execute strategies for accelerating key use cases into production
• Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs
• Develop execution plans covering technical activities across work streams including use case production deployment, enablement/user growth, product adoption, cost optimization, and executive governance
• Provide KPI reporting on usage status, customer health, investment status, risks, and use case progression
• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand plans for prioritized customers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with accountability for technical project/program delivery within Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program or project management experience including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
• Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing delivery of complex programs/projects
• Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
