Project Manager & Functional Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is scaling rapidly across Europe and beyond. Our client operates at the forefront of enterprise automation and is seeking a Project Manager & Functional Consultant to lead implementations for their growing customer base in Germany.

This is a full-time position based remotely or hybrid in Germany or Austria, with regular collaboration opportunities at the company's central European headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals, translating complexity into clarity
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing systems
• Serve as the client's trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring they realize the full potential of enterprise automation solutions
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption
• Provide feedback to product teams, surfacing insights and translating customer needs into platform improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical action
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to native-speaking clients
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage
