About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in their search for an Onboarding Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on ensuring new blue-collar employees have a smooth transition from contract signature through their first day at the training academy.

As the Onboarding Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional processes involving academy staff, instructors, fleet management, warehouse, IT, travel, recruiting, and regional offices. You'll be the central point of contact ensuring every new hire has the equipment, documentation, and information they need to start successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new blue-collar employees from contract signing through academy start date
  • Collaborate closely with training academy, instructors, fleet, warehouse, IT, travel, recruiting, and regional branches to align all onboarding steps
  • Work with IT to ensure timely provision of necessary hardware and software so new hires are ready to work
  • Serve as primary contact for new employees on organizational questions related to their start
  • Maintain master data and verify completeness and validity of documents including residence and work permits
  • Track all active onboardings and ensure open items are resolved on time
  • Support regular on-site presence at the academy in Dahlewitz with flexibility to work from home

  • Independent and confident PC user comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Excellent German communication skills and good English proficiency
  • Willingness to work regularly on-site at the academy in Dahlewitz with flexible split between office and home
