Data Analyst – Marketing (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy technology client in Berlin. They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Marketing function and drive data-informed decision-making across campaigns, customer acquisition, and performance optimization.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, offering the opportunity to work with advanced analytics platforms and contribute directly to strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing, campaign, and customer data to develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI systems to measure marketing effectiveness
• Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization potential throughout the customer journey
• Support analysis of performance marketing channels including SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings clearly to diverse audiences across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on metrics and insights
• Support planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests
• Ensure data quality and continuously improve analytical processes

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school
• Initial work experience or internships in fast-growing companies (startups) or management consulting
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Genuine interest in organizational growth and continuous learning
• Goal-driven approach with high levels of initiative and accountability
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with ability to focus intensely on critical work
• High-quality standards and can-do mentality that motivates others
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Creative mindset with ability to influence and convince others
