Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten einen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für eine Bankfiliale in Mainz. Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Sicherheitsdienstleistungsunternehmen, das professionelle Empfangs- und Serviceleistungen für Finanzinstitute bereitstellt. Die Stelle beginnt am 01.11.2026 und bietet ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis mit verlässlichen Arbeitszeiten.
Arbeitszeiten:
- Montag bis Donnerstag: 07:00-12:30 Uhr oder 12:30-18:00 Uhr
- Freitag: 07:00-11:30 Uhr oder 11:30-16:00 Uhr
Ihre Aufgaben
- Allgemeine Empfangs- und Bürodiensttätigkeiten
- Annahme und Weiterleitung von Post- und Paketsendungen
- Schlüsselausgabe und -verwaltung
- Erteilung von Auskünften an Besucher und Mitarbeiter
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen ersten Eindrucks für Kunden

Vergütung
