About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization based in Berlin that is actively scaling its residential installation operations. As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking an Operations Manager to own the customer journey from contract signing through successful system commissioning.

This is a home-office position with hybrid flexibility. You will be the operational backbone ensuring installations are completed on time, customers remain delighted, and complex multi-party logistics run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the post-sale journey until successful system activation, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships via phone and email
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the complete installation process, tracking timelines, dependencies, and tasks to ensure every project concludes efficiently
• Serve as the central interface between customers, internal teams, and external installation partners, ensuring clear communication and rapid problem resolution
• Take genuine ownership of project outcomes—success means not just completed installations, but genuinely satisfied customers
• Maintain structure, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking even during high-pressure periods
• Contribute to positive customer reviews, a key performance metric for both individual and organizational success

Pay
