About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI recruiting technology company experiencing exceptional growth and market traction. Our client builds AI-powered recruiting solutions used by leading technology companies globally. Following a recent Series B round led by a top-tier venture firm, they're scaling 5x year-over-year with strong product-market fit and enthusiastic customer adoption.

As their GTM Recruiter, you'll partner directly with senior leadership to build their commercial organization during a critical scaling phase. This is a rare opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles while architecting the systems that will power their hiring engine. You'll work at the intersection of traditional recruiting excellence and cutting-edge AI implementation—practicing what the company preaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and GTM leadership to define and prioritize hiring needs across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions
• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, interview facilitation, and offer negotiations
• Build and refine recruiting infrastructure, processes, and tools that combine systematic rigor with human judgment to scale hiring capacity
• Develop deep expertise in GTM talent markets, maintaining awareness of where top operators are, what motivates them, and how to engage them effectively
• Provide data-driven pipeline insights and candidate market intelligence to inform leadership decisions and hiring strategy
• Maintain an exceptionally high bar for talent while moving at velocity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup, with preference for GTM hiring experience
• Demonstrated ability to assess exceptional talent beyond surface-level qualifications, identifying the intangibles that distinguish top performers
• Strong existing network in GTM talent markets or proven track record of rapidly building networks and sourcing passive candidates
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve recruiting velocity and outcomes
• Confidence partnering with and providing candid feedback to founders and senior leaders while earning trust through delivery
• Hunter mentality with persistence and creativity in pursuing hard-to-reach candidates in competitive talent markets
• Ability to thrive in an environment optimized for velocity, learning, and direct communication
